1. This product is Pre-Order ONLY as it has an intricate process for preparation.
2. The cut-off time for all orders for this product will be on every MONDAY at 5:00 PM. If you have placed an order for this product AFTER the given cut-off time, your order will be included in the next batch.
3. Due to the fragile nature of the product ingredients, this product is for Pick-up ONLY. Shipping it out through a courier may damage/change the properties of the product, resulting in a decrease in the quality of the product.
4. The products will be ready for pickup at our store located in Al-Khaadem (full address below) by the following Friday from 5 PM onwards, inshaAllah.
Eg.:
Person A makes an order on Monday, 1st January at 3 PM. He will be able to pick it up by Friday, 5th January.
Person B makes an order on the same day, but at 6 PM. He will only be able to make his pickup on the Friday of the next week, 12th January.
