Cooking Method
- Cut chicken into the desired size, then wash and rinse. The thick parts of the chicken must be pierced with a fork or tip of a knife to ensure quick and even cooking.
- Beat the eggs and dip the cut chicken pieces into the coating thoroughly. Next, mix it with Adabi All Purpose Seasoned Flour until it is evenly coated.
- Heat the oil with medium heat and deep-fry the chicken until it turns golden brown. Best served when hot.
